Delivery & Shipping
When is my order processed?
Orders received to the MAC Hair Design website are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. All products on our website are usually held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us, which will also include your tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is normally within two working days after dispatch. However, please allow up to five working days to ensure delivery.
Do you delivery internationally?
We always try to accommodate every customer, so if you would like to purchase from MAC Hair Design and live outside the Republic of Ireland, please contact info@machairdesign.ie with your location, desired product and quantity you require, and we will forward you a quote with the expected shipping costs included.
How much is the delivery charge?
We offer delivery within the Republic of Ireland with a standard delivery charge of €4.99.
Who delivers my order?
We use An Post for all deliveries.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track your order online by using An Posts tracking feature.
